The allure of dining amongst the stars has never been higher with The Star Brisbane revealing its third and final Sky Deck venue, Aloria, will open on Wednesday 30 October.

Soaring 100 metres above the city’s new $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf precinct with Michelin-trained Chef Shayne Mansfield at its helm, highly-anticipated signature restaurant Aloria is Brisbane’s newest rooftop dining destination and the hero of The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck trio which includes open-air bar, Cicada Blu and bustling all-day dining experience, Babblers.

The Star Brisbane has announced the appointment of Sky Deck Executive Chef, Shayne Mansfield, who will oversee and direct Sky Deck’s three venues soaring 100 metres above Brisbane’s new Queen’s Wharf precinct: Cicada Blu, Babblers and Aloria.  

The Michelin-trained chef joins The Star Brisbane team after more than a decade-long culinary journey interstate and overseas, returning to his hometown Brisbane to share his philosophy of sustainability, local sourcing and minimal waste across the three Sky Deck venues.

The Star Brisbane has unveiled the first two of three captivating day-to-night destinations, located 100 metres above the Brisbane River atop the iconic Sky Deck.  

Open from 7am to late daily, bustling all-day dining experience Babblers provides locals and visitors with an array of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Whilst open-air bar Cicada Blu, takes centre stage on Sky Deck boasting some of Brisbane’s best views and entertainment, with a bespoke bar menu suited to pre-dinner aperitifs or post-dinner rendezvous.
